Watch: Man Driving Mercedes Benz Shoots Male Nurse in Road Rage in Cebu (Video)

A man driving a Mercedes Benz shot a male nurse, whom he engaged in a verbal fight in Cebu this Sunday, March 19. The shooting incident was caught on video via a dashcam, released by the Homicide Section of the Cebu City Police Office (CCPO). According to Cebu Daily News, the road rage incident happened at F. Sotto St., Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, at around 3am that day. And although not seen in the video, Police Officer 3 (PO3) Nicolo Gonzales said that the Mercedes Benz with plate number UWI 731 criss-crossed the said road and stopped in the middle, in front of the victim’s car.

PO3 Nicolo Gonzales said that the victim was identified as Ephraim Montalbo Nuñal, 33, and a registered nurse. He added that Nuñal honked the horn of his Toyota Altis to call the attention of the man driving the Mercedes Benz. Shortly, the suspect got off his car and kicked the victim’s car. He also tried to punch Nuñal but the latter managed to evade it.

As you can see in the video, the suspect was with a woman while holding a gun. He continues to exchange words with Nuñal, while the woman tried to pacify him. Seconds later, he fired multiples shots at the nurse, who can been seemingly hurt. The suspect has no signs of remorse, and even pointed his gun at his victim again before leaving the area.

Nevertheless, the victim was still able to get his phone and took photos of the car plate number. A concern citizen reportedly brought Nuñal at the nearest hospital, and is now fine. Investigators found two slugs of a .22 caliber pistol and a live ammunition from the scene. As of posting, police are still trying to identity of the suspect, who remains at large.
