MJJW Marketing Investors Now Complaining, But Finance Head Denies Scam (Video)

MJJW Marketing investment scam

Investors of MJJW Marketing (Men Joint for Journey to Wellness) are now complaining of not being able to get their investments back. The said investment company is based in Laguna, but their office is now closed. However, its finance head denied that their company is scam. Below is the news video via ABS-CBN.

According to a certain Edna (not her real name), she was attracted to invest nearly P500,000 to MJJW Marketing. Based on the copy of the contract she signed with the company, an investment of P50,000 will earn 5% (P5,000) in one month, while a P150,000-investment will earn 15% (P22,500) a month, plus a free car incentive after three months.

However, Edna said she has not received any single centavo from the investment company even after five months has passed. She added that the MJJW Marketing office in Balibago, Sta. Rosa, Laguna is now closed, which was confirmed by ABS-CBN. A certain Ramil (not his real name) said the company has around 400 members.

Ramil said he left MJJW Marketing because it stopped returning the money from its investors, and that he was told that he needs to recruit two new members first. He said he didn’t realize that he was named the company head in the contract provided to Edna. Based on the DTI and business permit, the company owner is Maximo Espino del Rosario.

But when del Rosario talked to ABS-CBN reporter Ron Gagalang, he said that MJJW Marketing is legal and not a networking scam. However, he admitted that the company is not yet registered at the Security Exchange Commission (SEC). He also clarified that he is not the owner of MJJW Marketing, but the finance head of the company.

According to him, the real owner of MJJW Marketing is a certain Betjie B. Zabala, whose ID shown in the news report is a member/distributor of Alliance In Motion Global (AIM Global), a legitimate MLM networking company. Del Rosario added that Zabala has transferred the company’s operations in Mindoro, now with thousands of members.

On the last part of the interview, he admitted that MJJW Marketing has not yet returned the investment of some of its members, and that their money is now being used for the mobilization of the company. Del Rosario noted that he don’t know when the investors will be paid simply because he is not the one keeping their money.
