VP Binay Boy Scout avoid mud

Vice President Jejomar Binay was allegedly spotted avoiding mud while attending the 16th National Scout Jamboree in Tagum City last October 25, 2015. Binay, who is running for president in 2016, is also the president of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) since 1996. His photo is now going viral on Facebook and is earning mixed reactions from netizens.

As posted at Bataan Weather Page Facebook page this Friday, November 6, VP Binay was wearing a Boy Scout uniform and can be seen crossing the muddy floor using a series of mono bloc chairs and is being assisted by his aides from the Presidential Security Group (PSG). If this is true, this contradicts Boy Scout’s famous motto, “Laging handa” (Always prepared).
