A photo of the two-storey house allegedly given by Senator Leila de Lima to her driver named Ronnie Palisoc Dayan has been unveiled. This comes two days after President Rodrigo Duterte revealed that a lady senator allegedly has a driver-lover who collected money from illegal drugs that was used for her senatorial campaign. See picture below.
According to a report at Inquirer this Friday, August 19, the said two-story white house is located in Barangay Galarin, Urbiztondo Pangasinan and was only completed last March. Allegedly, this is where Sen de Lima’s driver lives and it was built for him by the senator. The newspaper said they visited the house just this Thursday to gather more information.
Rodolfo Licuanan, Chairman of Bgy. Galarin told Inquirer that Ronnie Dayan has another house (orange bungalow), only around 100 meters from the white house, and is where Dayan’s children live. The barangay captain added that Mr. Dayan is married and has three children – two of them are already married while the youngest is still in high school.

“I knew she was around because people would tell me that she was here,” Licuanan said, referring to de Lima who was then the Department of Justice (DOJ) secretary, confirming that the 56-year old former CHR (Commission on Human Rights) chairperson last visited the white house was in December 2015, and gave small cash to people who visited her.
On the other hand, Pangasinan provincial police director Senior Supt. Ronald Lee presented police documents to Inquirer proving that Ronnie Palisoc Dayan is the same driver of Leila de Lima who punched a local cop and threatened a watchman in the same area during a drinking party back in 2014. The case reportedly ended up in a settlement.
